Recently there have been some changes to the Noble Youth Football Association (NYFA). There is new leadership on the NYFA Board, and the association has voted to change leagues. It is time for the focus to return to the youth athletes.  This season the NYFA will join the Red Dirt Youth Football Association for a fun and competitive season of football.

Thanks to a generous donation from one of our sponsors, Kennedy Roofing and Construction, we want to invite our Noble up-and-coming athletes with another chance to sign up and be a part of this exciting new era with the Noble Youth Football Association.  We have reopened signups for grades 2nd through 6th and all registration fees are now waived!   FREE FOOTBALL for any player who lives within the Noble School district or that attends Noble Public Schools and there’s still time to join us for the upcoming season.   For those of you who already signed up this year, don’t feel like you missed out.  Football Registration will be free for you next year!  Just click the registration tab above or visit www.nobleyouthfootball.org/registration  to get signed up.  The season is approaching, the final day to signup is August 15th!  There is a fully refundable deposit upon the completion of the season for helmets and pads in the amount of $50.  If you need help with the deposit or acquiring equipment like cleats, practice pants or mouth guards visit with our coaches or board members, we can help.

“We are one, we are Noble!” With that slogan in mind, a football association is meant to serve youth athletes and prepare them for school football. That includes developing the fundamental football skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and character of each association player. An association should leave the athlete with a passion for football. This is best accomplished in a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment where effort outweighs outcomes.

The Noble Youth Football Association. It is the same name, but a completely new program in the making. An association that maintains its focus on the athlete is made stronger though a cohesive vision. A close relationship with the Noble Athletic Department, to include the coaches, only goes to serve the athletes and build a stronger and more competitive association. The association relies heavily upon the school district for practice fields, the game field, and the other facilities that make it all possible. This relationship is a must for the success of the association.

The NYFA will support its coaches and build into them the knowledge base required to lead. This includes training, providing required resources, recruiting new and returning athletes, communicating with parents, and engaging in the community. The association will seek new fundraising opportunities, sponsorships and grants that support the association and provide the athlete with the best prepared coaches and staff.

An athlete walking onto the field for the first time should know, it is meant to be fun. It is when they walk off the field for their last time, that they realize it was meant to be special. That moment starts now. We are one, we are Noble!  Go Bears and can’t wait to see you on the field!
